The new album ‘Negotium Crucis’ released September 2020 (Apocalyptic Witchcraft), expands on the bands previously established concept of medieval brutally as presented on 2016’s ‘The Great Mortality’.

Lyrically returning to the Middle Ages to explore the dark nature of the Knights Templar and their Holy Crusades. The album aggressively forewarns of tales of depravity, corruption, deceit, genocide and re-affirms the sadistic nature of mankind.

An experimental album that bridges the gap between ‘The Great Mortality’ and ‘Agents of Satan’ EP. It showcases the progression and maturity of The Infernal Sea. This album is RAW, not only sonically but also in its production values. It captures the ‘Black ‘N’ Roll’ element that the band inject into their compositions, it is savage yet melodic and sounds undeniably like The Infernal Sea.

Black Metal from the Fenlands of East Anglia, UK. Terrifying & captivating wrenched from the bleak, flat nothingness that makes up much of the surrounding area native to The Infernal Sea.

The Infernal Sea draw influences from the founding fathers of Black Metal while firmly imprinting their own unique plague-ridden UKBM stamp. With British Bravado they inject their Black 'n' Roll groove into their savage riffage to create something truly diabolical.

New album 'Negotium Crucis' released September 18th 2020 (Apocalyptic Witchcraft) expands on the Medieval concept, brutally established on 2016's 'The Great Mortality', focusing on the black death that swept across the UK and Europe from 1348 and the horrors that man inflicted upon one another as a result.

Late 90's BM worship, but it's also a lil more than that. This album takes the best elements from the scene it's inspired by and mostly avoids the worst of it; the song-writing is well-written, it's performed with passion and fun, and the production is raw but isn't lo-fi. (i.e. it doesn't obfuscate and/or suckass). Tl;dr It's safe but high quality BM. Recommended. Rabbit

Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max.
